NEUTRON MOULD OIL MINERAL VG-32

These are low-viscosity special mold release oils made from mineral base oils and special additives, designed for use in the construction, building, and casting sectors. They create a thin and homogeneous film layer between the material and the mold, ensuring easy separation of the material from the mold. This mineral-based oil is used before concrete casting to facilitate the removal of wooden molds and to achieve smooth concrete surfaces. It is especially suitable for non-absorbent or low-absorbent smooth molds, as well as steel and wooden molds. To prevent materials from sticking to the mold and to protect the mold from damage, it is recommended to use the oil in pure form. It should be applied as a thin, uniform layer on the mold surface. Since the application method and the thickness of the release film significantly affect the surface quality, it is advised to apply the product using high-pressure spray machines, brushes, or rollers to create a thin and homogeneous film layer.
